Stable employment, regular hours, friendly co workers.

Low pay, not much room to advance, micromanagement.

Good place to start if you're just getting out of college or are looking to get into a technology field. Service Manager is outstanding and seems to be the only manager trying to help the company grow.

No annual reviews = no raises. Owner tends to judge a book by its cover (perception is reality). Overall environment makes you feel like you're expendable not an asset.
