Pros
- The product is fun! What is more fun than sailing a dinghy (LP makes the sunfish)!?!
- LP is growing in leaps and bounds - excellent time to work at the company
- Very flat organizational structure with unlimited access to sr. management
- Career opportunities are unlimited. You could realistically spend your entire career at LP moving across all facets of the business - there is no shortage of very interesting work to be done (finance, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, etc).
- Great open culture. If you are doing a poor job, you will know immediately, but provided suggestions on how to improve performance.
