      Pros

      you can WFH, which makes it easy to balance work and your home life. They have great products.

      Cons

      Poor leadership - unorganized - projects are a disaster- no processes are in place - ideas and concerns are not taken seriously - high turnover rate - you won't know when people have left the company, no real announcements made - you can answer questions regarding system issues and no answer is given, only provided with a workaround.

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
