It’s clear they have no real strategy. - Marketing leadership, especially the CMO, is out of touch, incompetent, and ineffective. Nepotism is real with her, she only hires her people from previous companies and gets rid of everyone else. - Leadership has failed to take the security breach seriously. Instead of real accountability and change, they downplay its impact and move on. - Product innovation is nonexistent. No meaningful updates, just the same stale features while competitors move ahead. - They keep hiring expensive VPs while cutting individual contributors and lower-level staff. The people actually doing the work are the ones paying the price.
