      It is a small company, and very Canadian in culture. SLT prefers Canadians to Americans. Ils parlent québécois

      Cons

      The product has very limited use cases and finite growth The Product has no roadmap. SLT doesn’t take feedback from teams well.

      There are no pros IMO

      Cons

      Laid off day 1 employees that shaped the culture of the company and put a lot of hard work in, routinely do lay offs, CEO seems to be a Steve jobs type and management gives zero positive feedback.
