      Pros

      Amazing products/great story/some great team members

      Cons

      No 401k/upper management plays favoritism/they are not sure what they want out of certain roles, do not value employees/ company is going through growing pains so they are very all over the place with certain things/management lacks training & development skills & hold you accountable for things they did not teach or make known as a requirement

      Pros

      Company with vision and beautiful product. You get a lot of creativity and freedom. The team is young and dynamic - it really feels like working with friends.

      Cons

      The company is relatively young with all the pros and cons that it brings. Don't expect a corporate-like conveniences.
