Pros
Great pay especially for the position if you are a Travel advisor. Generally good tools to use for the job.
Cons
Poor management and organization. Poor handling of changes and updates. Employees receive different benefits and treatment when it comes to benefits and contracts NEGOTIATE hard. No career advancement opportunities.I felt pretty replaceable even as a senior TA. They consider employees replaceable because it is a great opportunity to make money and live in Peru.
