Decent Team, Lacks Vision - Operations Manager Launch Media Network Employee Review

I've learned a lot interning at GameSkinny. The editors and mentors are helpful and around when needed.

Due to the remote nature of the internship, there is no in-person interaction that would likely provide a better internship experience.

The customers and audience, depending on the product, are friendly and understanding when things go wrong. Game-playing is occasionally encouraged at work as a teambuilding exercise. Paychecks are mostly given on time.

1. Terribly organized and mismanaged. The CEO is the only person who can make a decision on anything, even with multiple "managers". 2. Hostile work environment. It's acceptable to verbally insult and mock other employees without any repercussion. 3. No follow through on any project. What little does get created is the bare bones of the concept, not a complete idea, which will then go ignored for months or years. 4. The office was constantly dirty and cluttered. This may no longer apply since they moved to Georgia.
