Pros
The job is what you make it. This provides room for growth, experimentation, and a dynamic environment. Everyone is constantly learning and wanting to make the organization better. The people are genuine and fun. I care about the mission and every day I feel good about the work I do.
Cons
The pace is fast and there is constant growth. Because of this it can be tough to keep up with everything you need to keep up with. Everyone works hard and sometimes that means working late to get a projects done.
