The office environment is one of the greatest I’ve ever experienced and the empowerment and autonomy is a mark of their culture. They are growing fast, and it is noticeable the amount of hard work the leadership team is putting to set the structure for the years ahead. Cons
The company suffers from the pains of a successful small company growing fast. New structures are being created while others being reshaped, and that may cause some bumps in the journey. For the autonomy and empowerment lovers, it’s heaven. For the ones requiring more solid structure on day one, it can be a bit more challenging at the beginning.
