Pros

Set schedule. You typically get to pick your schedule but you'd better like it because it will stick.

Cons

Very rigid. Breaks are monitored very closely and even bathroom trips are recorded. You only get 30 minutes for lunch. You may not be one minute late even if you took a 20 minute lunch the day before.

Pros

Good Resources (they got good computers and monitors, you don't have to force your sight very much to work there and the Herman Miller chairs we use are the most comfortable I have used in a call center) Decent pay Good Location

Cons

Employees are constantly told "bedtime" stories about how conditions are going to be better for employees but normally the motivational speechs that supervisors and managers give do not affect in a possitive manner the way things are. We were working in a building that is still in construction, at risk of falling on the stairs and getting sick with construction debris. They Took the only bonus we had for food, that was used to purchase food on a supermarket selected by them so we have now to spend or meal subsidy on a cafeteria that provides small amount of food and low quality (and when i say low i'm saying you wanna puke when you eat it) In some ocassions you might get a completely unprofessional answer to any kind of request, going from delays or plain no's to "when you have your own company you can do that".

Pros

They give excellent growth opportunities, they trust your calls and believe in your capacity. They are lucky to have a CEO as innovative as Rudy.

Cons

A few minor details to here and there, but its a process and i am confident they will succeed.
