As many other reviews have pointed out, this company is a dead end for career growth. Salaries are below average, and promotions are nearly impossible unless you're one of the favorites. Skills and performance seem to matter less than job titles or years of experience. There is very little respect for employees. Although they advertise remote work, they frequently force workers to stay in hotels for weeks at a time just because the boss insists, despite promising full remote flexibility. If you don’t comply, they pressure you with the threat of losing your job, even though they’re the ones breaking their own promises. Innovation and work-life balance are severely lacking. The work environment stifles creativity, and the expectation to meet low standards makes it impossible to produce high-quality work. Overall, it’s an awful place to work if you're looking for professional growth, fair treatment, or any semblance of a balanced life
