      Pros

      Remote opportunity. Salary on time. Finance and HRs promptly responds to all queries.

      Cons

      Managers are not supportive especially doesn't help with training. No appraisals/appraisal delays, only favourites are provided with salary hike and promotion. Product Managers along with management find a way to lay off the team member when their development requirement is full filled

      Pros

      Stability, large project, salary paid on time If you are not ambitious and want only to live go for it

      Cons

      Management, no policy, no vision, if the manager like you and you were not a threaten you are save and will stay if he feel you are good and you can take his place he will kick you out even if you are super Managers does no recognize the rule of what is good for the company will be applied, they only apply what is suits them better
