      Pros

      Great people, excellent leadership, kind clientele. They take great care of their employees via benefits, flexibility, upward mobility, promoting health, free lunches and stocked kitchen, good communication. There is a strong emphasis on results in this organization. Do great work and you will succeed. The company has been growing at a rapid pace since its inception, and it's not hard to see why.

      Cons

      The work load can be overwhelming at times, but you have a team to collaborate with and learn from, and extensive documentation of common issues and their resolution. If you are built for fast-pace rapid-fire solutions, you will do well here.

      Pros

      Great company with awesome core values that align with mine. The management team is very supportive and professional. I appreciate all of the free lunches, awesome company outings, and the fact that LeadingIT offers such amazing benefits. I appreciate the fact that my direct manager takes 30 minutes each week to go over my metrics, and asks what she can do to help me continue to grow with the company. The HR team was welcoming from the interview process on, and go above and beyond to ensure the team is recognized and supported.
