Pros
The money was there if you are a "hunter" and a one-call closer. You can be off when you need because it is 1099 contractor position.
Cons
Company continues to do price increases which is cutting into commissions making harder sales. Leads are distributed by the manager, but the best leads are favored to family and friends that work there. Everyone else gets the leftovers. Management manipulates VPI so you can't trust the numbers presented. No reimbursement on gas or even cost jobs sold. It was great in the beginning, but the mentality now is every man for himself and sometimes that doesn't even work when you are setup for failure.
