Pros
Pay is excellent. Most people at LeafGuard make six figures unless they’re part-time. Plenty of potential to grow and move up in the company, as it is fast-growing. A lot of companies talk the talk about rewarding high performers, LeafGuard is the only company I’ve ever worked for that actually does it.
Cons
Very firm on a lot of things. You have a program that you must follow to a T. You stop selling, you stop getting leads. There is certainly pressure to perform. You’re very well paid, so they expect a very high quality of work in return and accept nothing less. If that’s not for you, turn back now. There’s also very much a baptism by fire approach to training. You get very minimal training and then you’re asked to go out and perform and perform at a high level. But if you can handle that, you’ve got yourself a six-figure income
