Not only are you around super talented and knowledgable operators internally, but everyone gets to work with LeanScale customers who bring their own set of knowledge and experience for team members to learn from. LeanScale is still a young company so there is a lot of room for growth as the company builds up which is very exciting. At LeanScale's current size, the benefits and infrastructure is actually well ahead of what I would expect so that's a major bonus.
