      love the culture of Learn iT! everyone is encouraged to have their entrepreneurial spirit shine and share how to make Learn iT! the best

      Cons

      Have hired a few folks who do not click with team due to their background of larger companies where you can hide from good old fashioned hard work. suspect that is the source of the negative scores that seem to be same person with agenda

      Pros

      Great people and collaborative culture. Leadership, especially the CEO, is approachable and genuinely supportive. I felt welcomed and valued during my time as a contractor.

      Cons

      As a contractor, I didn’t experience any significant downsides. Full-time employees might have a different perspective, but I personally had no cons to note.
