Remote work environment and flexibility

Absolutely zero leadership, this company has no idea what direction it should be going or how to get there. C-Level are liars and clueless - I don't know how these people look at themselves in the mirror without feeling embarrassed. The product itself is horrible and basically a scam - they're just re-selling Amazon books. They fired the entire engineering team except for one guy so there won't be improvements any time soon.
