      Helping people in need. Make a difference

      Cons

      Directors don't communicate what they want from their employees and when they do they are threatening and hostile. Hard work is unappreciated. No directions are given so try your best to read their minds.

      Pros

      Mostly good coworkers that work hard

      Cons

      Management sucks including the supervisors of programs and upper management does not care about the employees or the kids and certain supervisors are never working and do absolutely nothing
