Slackers and hard workers treated the same, no perks, no advancement opportunities. Same salaries for most positions.

Small group of employees, they all like and respect each others, very helpful, no complain here.

Management are absent, they only talk to you if they need something extra done, or want to complain about something you have done. no real guidance or encouragement.
