Cons
I don’t usually leave reviews, but working here honestly drained me.
At first it seemed like a decent opportunity, but after a few months it became clear the company was completely disorganised. Priorities changed constantly, nobody seemed to know what was going on, and employees were expected to just “figure it out” with very little support.
The workload kept increasing while morale kept getting worse. People were stressed all the time, and management’s answer was usually another meeting instead of actually fixing the problem. A lot of good employees left while I was there, and after a while you start to understand why.
The hardest part was how unappreciated everyone felt. You could work late, hit targets, help the team, and it still felt like it was never enough. Communication from leadership was poor speciality from the sales managers and sales director and there was a big disconnect between management and the people actually doing the work.
There are some genuinely good people there, and honestly my coworkers were the only reason the job was bearable some days.
I learned a lot, mainly about the kind of environment I never want to work in again.
