Learningshala is just a LLP with no vision and mission No policy for employees You will be given time to eat and have tea it is more like a bandhuamajdoor kind of No CRM, data which they call it leads is shared on Google sheets very unorganised organisation No hygiene 1 washroom for women and that too dirty and the pantry boy washes the utensils in the same washroom If you really want to grow and learn something guys i would suggest not joining this as i left the organisation withing 1week only after all this observation
