      Pros

      Everyone at Learning Strategies is so friendly and welcoming. From day one they really made me feel like part of the team! It’s a comfortable work environment with a great understanding of work-life balance. They also offer great perks like half day Fridays in the summer!

      Cons

      I really haven’t experienced any downsides in my time here so far. Overall, it’s a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment that encourages its specialist to innovate to their clients needs rather than a set formula. Rewarding work that allows the worker to see their clients improve over time. Flexible hours, sympathetic to employee scheduling

      Cons

      Client work puts ones work load at the mercy of costumer interests.

      Really good people who develop and sell interesting self development programs. Positive and adventurous thinkers.

      Cons

      The pay is somewhat below market rates, which is strange for people who talk so much about abundance.
