      -Recent leadership changes and the new directors have turned things around. -Great opportunity to work on multiple projects and build a personal portfolio -Place to gain experience in a young career -New offices are awesome -Four day work week -Full Benefits

      -Pay could be better -Constant changes as they adapt (not necessarily a con but can be stressful)

      Pros

      New company. Startup mentality with very traditional values. New office. Fun team and sister companies have very interesting, posivie people. Frequent change keeps works interesting and challenging

      Cons

      Frequent change keeps work challenging. Switched from 4-day work week back to 5-day work week. Flexible hours or remote days would make the job nearly perfect.
