Pros

- Performance bonus, learn-to-earn expense account, language learning expense account, quarterly offsite days, personal development plans, internal training academies, semi-annual 360 reviews, mentor match program, etc. really show the company cares about development of the team. - Balance of education and business - you don't need to be a full-time teacher to develop as an educator yet you can still maintain close relationships with students/families even as a more senior member of the management team. - Diverse team - over half a dozen nationalities represented (and counting!), ~50/50 female/male split, and someone on the team always seems to share an interest with you.

Cons

- Everyone has a few too many responsibilities. There are many balls up in the air in at once. - Challenges exist when it comes to scheduling due to client work - having key team members in the same offices at the same time isn't always the case. - Company is currently in flux between specialists and generalists and it's hard sometimes to know what other partners want to focus on.

Pros

LearningLeaders provides unique benefits for personal and professional development, including gym membership, partner equity, reimbursements for online classes and language learning, training sessions inside and outside of work and great team retreats and off-sites. Recently, we had the chance to attend a debate competition in Krabi, Thailand, where all team members either had the chance to judge or debate! It was awesome.

Cons

Because LearningLeaders is a growing organization, just like any other start-up, we all have a wide range of responsibilities. However, this also comes with an opportunity to learn different areas of the business.
