Pros

- Great people to work with day to day, people genuinely care about each other and about the work they do - Exciting technology, well-architected environment - Very competent engineering team - Plenty of good beer

Cons

- C level of management creates a toxic culture, lack communication and leadership skills - C level preaches about company values, but don't live those values themselves - Direction changes from week to week, one week we focus on this, the next we throw it out of the door and focus on the complete opposite - Established leadership is inexperienced and incompetent. Sadly all of the more experienced and competent leaders that have been hired over the past few years have left as the established leadership does not genuinely support positive change. - Lack of recognition and appreciation from C level - Salaries were frozen during Covid, while product usage was at never before seen heights. There was no financial need to freeze the salaries.

Thanks for taking the time to post your review. We are sorry to hear about this. We believe in our values "Live to Learn" and we see this feedback as an opportunity to evaluate what we can do better. As we are currently going through a significant period of growth, we are growing our leadership teams, welcoming new members. This will add more capabilities to the teams and put us in a strong position to enable us to achieve our strategic objectives, without losing the focus on our people and our culture. This includes constantly focusing on how we can improve how we plan, communicate and collaborate. We are also investing heavily in increasing our leadership capabilities with the implementation of the Learnosity Leadership Academy, where all our leaders at different levels of the organisation are receiving leadership coaching and development. We would love the opportunity to share more information with you on these initiatives. Let us know if you would like that by contacting us on people@learnosity.com Best regards, The People & Culture Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and feedback about your experience at Learnosity. We take all feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to address your points offline as there seems to be a disconnect between your review of the company's product strategy and what has recently been communicated in our most recent Town Hall meeting. It is important to note that the views expressed in your review do not reflect the current climate at Learnosity. According to the feedback from our most recent Engagement Survey conducted in May 2024: Our overall engagement score is the highest the company has ever had, sitting at 73%, only 2 points below our company target; 84% of employees would recommend Learnosity as a great place to work; 79% believe that the leaders at Learnosity have communicated a vision that motivates them; 84% of employees feel proud to work for Learnosity. At Learnosity, we foster a culture of transparency and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees. We have several initiatives in place to promote collaboration, transparency and employee wellbeing, including: Increased transparency and communication from leadership through our State of the Union (Town Hall) meetings; Coffee with the Founders; Engagement Surveys; Monthly updates; Success Connections bi-annual check-ins. We understand that there is still work to be done, and we are committed to continuing to make improvements. We value your feedback and will use it to help us create a better workplace for everyone. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to Learnosity. Sincerely, The Learnosity People & Culture Team
