There’s really nothing good about it.

Working at Lebua was nothing short of a horror story. The entire place is run by fear, with the CEO constantly breathing down the managers' necks, and in turn, they take it out on the staff. I had four different managers hounding me day and night, pushing me to sell their overpriced, terrible restaurants. These restaurants are a joke—overpriced, disgusting food even I had friends that worked in the kitchen and said they had rats and cockroaches, crazyy! The way they treated us was nothing short of dehumanizing. I was working 10+ hour shifts, back-to-back, with no appreciation and no fair compensation. The pay is insulting for the amount of work and stress you’re put under. And don’t even get me started on the food they gave the staff—it was revolting. The kitchen was crawling with cockroaches, and we were expected to eat that garbage? This place is a ticking time bomb of stress, exploitation, and neglect. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone. It’s not worth your sanity, health, or time. Avoid this place like the plague!

The colleagues and some duty managers are really nice.

Cons

They make you work 12 hours a day, there is a severe lack of staff, and the organization is terrible. The salary is miserable considering the number of hours you have to work. Negotiating with every guest to convince them to accept a room that definitely isn't what they paid for is incredibly tiring. Overall, it is a really toxic environment to work in, and the organization itself is just horrible. The management has unrealistically high expectations for the workers, which are impossible to meet, and you are always stressed and under pressure. Every mistake you make is met with immediate punishment. They don´t want to have guest relations officers as a ´´normal worker´´ since they don´t want to pay a normal salary, this is why we all are trainees. It is ridiculous.
