Little to no communication skills from the foremen superiors. Poor organization on "special projects" that arise suddenly and are done in a rushed manner. These "special projects" often serve ulterior motives and are often completed at the cost of employee safety. There a strong sense of institutional betrayal if and individual ever raises a concern that inconveniences any one in upper management.
