Pros
I loved the case load and the extra things that Lee Smart did for its employees to show its appreciation, such as end of month parties, etc.
Cons
The communication needs to go both ways--up as well as down. The associates see things that management does not and by opening up the communication lines, management can be more successful in the personnel management side of the business.
