One of the best places to work in BC - Anonymous employee Left Employee Review

The best thing about Left is their team and their company culture. In my first week we went paint balling and won the best workplace in BC - which the entire company was invited to. They do lots of other things throughout the normal workday to engage employees and make it a fun place to work. In addition to this, they are also working on some really cool stuff, allow freedom to explore and experiment while also making sure everyone is accountable and moving in the right direction.

For some people it might be a con that the office is in Maple Ridge instead of Vancouver - but I actually quite enjoy being away from the big city, but close enough to visit. Other than that, I haven't discovered anything bad yet.

There's a reason why Left won Best Place to Work in BC from Small Business BC. They live and breathe culture. Everything from the amazing office space, their 10 Core Values, and even the company dog, Left has got culture down to a science. The team is amazing to work with. Being involved with many areas of the company, I've had the pleasure of working on every brand that Left produces and with their processes, knowledge and skills, the teams at Left really are amazing. With community events like the river cleanup, the handouts on the East Side, and local charity give backs, Left is a great contributor to the community they call home.
