Pros
Amazing tipout system, full benefits, plus shift beer, staff food discount, monthly beer allowance, and yearly apparel allowance. Owners and management actually care about you, mental health is prioritized, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Breaks are allowed and encouraged, it's possible to take weekends off, and there's enough staff to always ensure a smooth service. Lots of diversity in the staff, and even trans and queer people in upper management at both locations (arguably the best place in the industry to work for queer people, LGBTQ+ inclusion is literally written in the handbook and all over the building)!
