Pros
I really liked the CEO, very down to earth and understanding. Was willing to help whenever you needed it. Everyone there is willing to help you grow, and pushed you to do your best.
Cons
Long hours, almost 12 hours a day. Walking door to door trying to sell office supplies wasn't too fun, especially in the August heat. Commission structure is very confusing, I left since I wasn't making nearly as much as I thought I would be.

Wonderful learning environment. Everyone there cares to help you improve, not only professionally, but personally as well.
Cons
No downsides, unless you consider earning your money based on performance a con.

Pros
I am a full time college student, and I did my internship with Legacy Business Development. They worked with my schedule and helped me grow personally and professionally. Ramy Sindi, CEO of the company, is a very ambitious leader, and he has a strong determination to be successful. Under his leadership, he creates a family-oriented work environment and provides the skills you need to be successful yourself. The people at Legacy Business Development are driven individuals that personally care about each member of the team, and they soon become your family. They are always there to help teach you the "ins and outs" of the business and help you achieve your goals. Promotions are not based on seniority; they are based on hard work and integrity. You will always know what you need to do to move up in the business. Overall, this is a great company that offers opportunities for career growth.
Cons
The only con that comes to mind would be the early start time for some people. The start time is usually about 7:00 a.m, and it can sometimes be earlier for meetings. Personally, the start time did not bother me, and I quickly grew accustomed to it.
