Pros
They allowed me to work independently, within the hours I chose to work.
Cons
They micromanage everything. As a licensed clinician, I wasn't allowed to run groups the way I'm most comfortable. They believed clients over their employees, and paid moderately well.
It was a place where there were a lot of cliques; if you weren't management, you weren't "cool".
They treated folks poorly and failed to provide clients with adequate aftercare planning. They worked with certain outpatient programs, and they were not good ones.
