If you are a hard worker, it will not go unrecognized. They are big on promoting from within and they pay higher than their competitors. With that being said with more money, comes more responsibility. So expect to work. The benefits are unmatched!

No cons really. This company is not for the weak! You must have a strong work ethic to make it. They have high expectations as they should! They want the best because they give the best in return.

Many positives: approachable on-site leadership, creative freedom with groups and theoretical frameworks, some positive teamwork, clear objectives and expectations for some, beautiful and clean workspace, manageable caseloads, morale building such as birthday cakes and staff sobriety date celebrations.

Whether you are let go for policy violations or financial restructuring because of low census, the call from HR is a flat “Legacy is going in a different direction,” with no clarification when asked. I also had experienced hostility in the workplace from two coworkers that often bordered blatant bullying. My supervisor would tell me week after week that it was a “them” problem and despite my best efforts, it was never resolved. Toward the end of my employment at Legacy I felt very uncomfortable and anxious around my peers. My best advice is to keep to yourself and expect the unexpected. Support from immediate leadership, Jodi and Alayna, are genuine and encouraging. I find the leadership above them does not share their kind values.
