      You can learn the business the hard way

      Cons

      The management is horrible. They fire managers that care and brow beat the staff, yelling at them in front of customers. They have horrible CSI because they only hire people with no experience and that includes their finance people. Long hours, you lose your spin money because of the dumb billers rebilling 2-3x every deal. STAY AWAY!

      Pros

      High pay if your a hard worker, great sales training, get to meet lots of interesting people (sometimes a con).

      Cons

      70+ hr work weeks. Management literally yelling at you like you are a child for circumstances beyond your control (usually when it's a slow month). No freedom to network or market your own way. No team atmosphere whatsoever, other sales people will steal your deals and management will give your deals to their favorites.
