      None. They treat you like crap, yell at you and don't pay you what you earn.

      Cons

      Everything. Employees run through this store like a river. No one stays because of how they are treated and the customers are lied to. Stay away. Stay far away.

      Pros

      High pay if your a hard worker, great sales training, get to meet lots of interesting people (sometimes a con).

      Cons

      70+ hr work weeks. Management literally yelling at you like you are a child for circumstances beyond your control (usually when it's a slow month). No freedom to network or market your own way. No team atmosphere whatsoever, other sales people will steal your deals and management will give your deals to their favorites.
