Pros

The main pro of working at legacy was the pay plan, the plan itself was at market value for my position, although getting paid the correct amount at the right time was a challenge.

Cons

The upper management consists of a sales manager who is just a really good salesperson with no sales experience, a sales manager who knows what he is doing but cannot change the culture of the dealership and a used car manager who doesn't understand the business at all. The sales staff was not allowed to communicate with F&I and could not follow up on customers accordingly

Pros

High pay if your a hard worker, great sales training, get to meet lots of interesting people (sometimes a con).

Cons

70+ hr work weeks. Management literally yelling at you like you are a child for circumstances beyond your control (usually when it's a slow month). No freedom to network or market your own way. No team atmosphere whatsoever, other sales people will steal your deals and management will give your deals to their favorites.
