      The benefits are the best in the business. Great health care. Great 401k

      Cons

      Management believes they're God's. They treat field personnel like they're infected with Ebola. And boy if you decide to go somewhere else or if you have a stroke while at work, you're worthless

      Pros

      Solid plan for growth and the future if oil prices remain high. The people are committed to family and a good work environment.

      Cons

      The company is run by people who are not great executives. They make decisions based upon feelings rather than empirical evidence. They sometimes choose people from the church rather than good employees that happen to go to their church.
