      Pros

      LIP is definitely a place to grow. The people are great, leadership is great, communication is great.. What more can you ask for? The Core Values aren't words in the back of the handbook, they practice what they preach at LIP!

      Cons

      None for me. Constant growth and change - some may find this a con, but I see it as opportunity.

      Managers keep you up to date the best they could.

      Cons

      No chance to change schedule. Poor decision making from corporate. Pay raises don’t happen much.
