5yTrust is a core value at Legalfit! We give every member of the team a lot of trust when they work here, and it is part of their job to maintain that trust. By allowing employees to have some freedom and control in their day-to-day tasks, we have seen people wanting to push themselves to the next level and learn new things.
However, at Legalfit we do not tolerate bullying or harassment of any type, and we take these claims very seriously. Because of this, we have an open communication policy that states if an employee is having a problem or issue, they can speak with their manager, another manager, HR, a VP, the President, or even the CEO of the company. And, it is encouraged to keep talking to people until your problem is solved.
If you have spoken to one or more members of the leadership team listed above, and the issue you are talking about is not fixed, please bring it to our attention immediately. Each issue that is brought forward goes through an investigation process, and the last step of the investigation is to discuss the findings and see if it was resolved. If it is not resolved or is continuing to happen, you need to let HR or the President know as soon as possible.
