Busy, there's always something to be improved by parent demand, small full-time staff

Can't speak of any cons because I never got to work in the first place.

The hiring process was odd, instead of a proper interview its treated like a summer camp with different activities. You were given a score and points based on how well you did during the activities. Focused heavily on the sport aspect despite people applying for camps about STEAM. I was hired but after giving my availability I received no response about assigned hours. It honestly seems they "hire" you in case people drop the work, giving you false hope and wasting your time.
