-12 hours of work in a day is less for them -weekends off is just a saying as they make you working throughout the weekend -had got a major impact due to covid19, 40% cut in salary since April 2020 onwards -unique way of layoffs they have, they put you on PIP and then ask you to resign. Management plays a major role in this game plan. -Management is never helpful! -salary is never credited on time -zero appreciation and no recognition -10% variables has been forfeited for every employee since 2 years because company is not doing well. DONT RELY ON THEIR POSITIVE STATEMENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. *employees are forcefully asked to post positive feedback about the company on social media.
