Cons
During onboarding, I worked closely with a senior recruiter whose conduct was repeatedly unprofessional. This included withholding critical information, canceling meetings at the last minute, sharing unsubstantiated claims about client leadership, and engaging in gaslighting behaviors in front of the broader team. My work was withheld for approximately six weeks, and requisitions were intentionally hoarded rather than shared with myself and the team. I was also informed that this individual had a history of bullying other employees and had expressed an intent to force me out of the role.
Additionally, leadership frequently spoke negatively about internal team members, and gossip was openly tolerated, contributing to a lack of trust and an unhealthy work environment.
