HR team and leadership turn a blind eye to behaviors. Prioritizes expansion without fixing major gaps in supply chain. Working on bare bones to push out max profit. The partnership with the other company is confusing and restricting for continuous improvement. Not enough opportunities for LEGEND employees. Most promotions and career advancement is with the partner company.
