Pros

Leadership here is very good. The CEO is a great visionary who truly believes in the educational programs sold and in helping others achieve their goals. He is constantly working to improve the product, the way the company does business to keep everything ethical and honest. The company provides sales reps leads. The sales reps (title is Business Plan Advisor - BPA) meet all clients online, all meetings are pre-arranged. The commission is based on number of sales made. Also have the ability to earn bonuses based on production. BPA's control their schedules.

Cons

This is an independent contractor position with no base salary. Strictly commission, and there are low monthly fees involved to be paid to LM by the BPA. Some people make fantastic income, others don't. There is no advancement opportunities. Many sudden changes over the past few months in the sales process. Must be able to pivot and move quickly with new guidelines. Only people who are already doing well have opportunity to get more leads.

Pros

Can create your own schedule Good commission structure Warm leads

Cons

If any miscommunication or misperception issue that arise, there are no conversations between a contractor and whoever is in charge, they will just end your contract. They were on the news, a year after I was fired, due to their affiliates selling their main course as a business opportunity and not an educational course. The FTC went after them. They had to shut down their affiliate program and restructure their business apparently.
