Pros

Every company has an operation department - at Lemonade the management understand and promote the value and importance these roles and functions have on the entire business. So you don't just 'do', you have an opportunity to lead and to set an agenda. People are amazing - we connect with an understanding that Lemonade isn't just a workplace or a business but one that does GOOD where possible. We have a sense of responsibility in what we do because disruption isn't just in Tech, it is also in where we direct our success. The sense of community and 'doing the right thing' is in every place: the mission, the business choices, the B-corp and even in the kitchen supplies (the offices are beautiful as well...) Diversity - that isn't just a conversation that is happening... Women and POC are in many leadership and management positions. From team leads to the COO. That is so very refreshing!

Cons

The company is still growing (not a Con at all but) - the work is very intense and demanding.

Pros

Great company/culture, great people, great exam support. Surrounded by the cream of the crop in the insurance and insurtech world. interesting and dynamic work. A nice bonus is you will learn how to code here, it's non negotiable.

Cons

No formal rotational programs. Work can get get overwhelming during exam season (maybe not a unique thing to this company). No bonuses, just equity.
