The company still offers WFH, but its implementation isn't always consistent, and some employees don't fully utilize it as intended.

Not every department has a toxic leader, but the departments with consistently high turnover often speak for themselves. That's all I'll say.

Good for career grow, Flexible hours for mid level and corpo team. Management are approachable to discuss. Regular initiatives to celebrate employees and important occasions, including International Women's Day. Work-from-home every Friday, a work-life balance.

Cross-functional communication between key business units remains a challenge.
