You are given the freedom to do your job your way. Higher ups and corporate are always accessible.

You work a half day and work on Saturdays, so the only day you have off is Sunday.

The staff that I worked with was nice.

The work is sometimes dangerous. Management is expected to repossess vehicles regardless of gender. I was physically assaulted twice while performing my job duties.
