      Fast-paced environment with a lot of learning across product, finance, ops, and analytics. Opportunity to build end-to-end solutions (requirements → modeling → dashboards → adoption). Practical, hands-on exposure to fintech lending metrics and decision workflows. Team is collaborative and willing to jump in to unblock work.
