Good cooleagues. They have been leaving a lot in 2022 . Perhaps there is no tech left soon

Codebase that looks like an old pile of mud. The code that smells. No single unit test. Stage and prod branches that can not be merged due to merge conflicts and 200+ files mismatching. Management is not willing to put an effort in improving the old codebase. I had to clean my eyes with soap daily after work. I was constanly willing to wear chemsuit to protect my nose from codesmell. Chemsuits should be issued on a start date together with a laptop. A few waves of lay offs during which people with 2-4 years of domain knowledge were kicked out. Total lack of vision, planning and professionalism from management. Very unprofessinally communicated and handled. Stay away. Find something better and save your nerves.
